About
I’ve always been fascinated by people, why someone will wait 10 minutes for coffee or a fresh pizza, but abandon a purchase in just 10 seconds. I started out as a developer, happily buried in code, but curiosity about human behavior kept pulling me out of the editor and into product ownership (and eventually leadership). Now, I spend my time trying to blend psychology with product design, still learning, still experimenting, and still wondering why humans behave the way they do. This site is where I share that journey, the wins, the mistakes, and maybe a few too many thoughts on consumer quirks.
I’ve been lucky to work with some great teams that shaped how I think about people and products. Each role taught me something new — from writing cleaner code to leading teams to decoding what clients really mean by “just a small change.”
